Suction process

Discharge process

Suction mainly relies on the vacuum pump to generate negative pressure to pump in air and material to complete. The air carries the material from the suction pipe through the inlet valve and cyclone separator, expanding into the main material tank, most of the material remains in the main material tank, a small amount of the remaining material is taken away by the air through the filter bag chamber inlet valve through the linear separation of the expansion into the filter bag chamber. The clean air filtered by the filter bag is discharged into the atmosphere through the metal filter, vacuum pump and silencer, and there is a positive pressure on the filter bag online to blow back and clear the dust to ensure the permeability of the filter bag, and the metal filter plays the last protective role to prevent the filter bag from breaking and the material from entering the vacuum pump.

Discharge mainly by the main air compressor to generate compressed air, the use of the device's fluidization device (five inlet fluidization valves and manifold valve group, etc.) will be the tank material through the tailgate and discharge port discharge. Due to the special fluidization system of this equipment, plus the main material tank lifting up to 55 degrees when discharging, as well as the advanced imported hydraulic vibrator, it makes the discharging of material rapid and thorough, and the rate of leftover material reaches 0.4%-1% below. When dealing with temporary leakage accidents, it can absorb water or large materials and dump materials by opening the tailgate and turning up the hopper.

Main suction outlet

Suspended on the right side of the suction and discharge truck, with a height of only 1.6 meters from the ground; as long as the suction and discharge truck is driven to the designated suction point, the 6-inch suction hose at the discharging point can be easily connected with the 180-degree steerable main suction port.

Two kinds of discharging methods

Adopt SOLIMAR-Aeration fluidization valve to ensure that the material is fully fluidized in the discharging process, so that the material is discharged efficiently under the action of compressed air, with the working temperature of 133-178 degrees Celsius;
Adopting GLOBAL hydraulic vibrator to vibrate the main material tank, sticky materials are fully stripped from the main material tank, discharging materials more thoroughly;
Adopting the unique KERN (cone) tailgate design in line with the principles of fluid dynamics, so that the flow rate of materials in line with the optimal design principles, efficient discharge of materials at the same time, the wear and tear on the tailgate is minimized to ensure that the tailgate's long service life.
